FAQ Database lost

While we are upgrading the FAQ database, part of the old database cannot be convert, so  we lost all the open questions that were before 2006. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Sorry for VERY long delay in answering questions

Dear all,

Please accept our apologizes about long delay in answering your questions in EQS FAQ pages. This is due to;

1) The FAQ pages email function is not active so we did not realize of questions input

2) We are actively supporting customer in the EQS Forum since FAQ has not been updated for long time.
